Services Provided

  • Consultations

We provide consultations for all clients in need of family immigration legal services to clearly understand the pathway to immigrate.

  • Family Petitions

Under the US immigration laws, certain family members of US citizens and lawful permanent residents can apply to become lawful permanent residents (i.e., get a Green Card). Spouses, minor children and parents (US citizen son/daughter must be 21 or older) of U.S. citizens are eligible to immigrate to United States as immediate relatives without the long waiting period. Under the family preference category, more family members are eligible to immigrate.

  • Naturalization application

Naturalization is the process to become a US citizen if you were born outside the US. If you are a lawful permanent resident (i.e., Green Card holder) and meet the residency requirement together with other criteria, you may apply for naturalization.

  • Consular Processing

If you are the beneficiary of a family petition and an immigrant visa is available, you could apply to a U.S. Department of State Consulate abroad for an immigrant visa to come to US and be admitted as a permanent resident. This is called the consular processing.

  • I-751 Removal of Conditions

If you are a conditional permanent resident who obtained the status through marriage, call us to process your I-751 to remove the conditions on your permanent resident status.

  • Green Card Renewal

We provide Green Card renewal services for Lawful Permanent Residents.

  • Application for Certification of Citizenship

If you are a US citizen parent and became a US citizen while your Lawful Permanent Resident child was under the age of 18 years, call us to process the N-600 Certificate of Citizenship.

  • Adjustment of Status

Adjustment of status is the process that you can use to apply for lawful permanent resident status (also known as applying for a Green Card) when you are present in the United States. This means that you may get a Green Card without having to return to your home country to complete visa processing. If you are outside of the United States, you must obtain your visa abroad through consular processing.

  • U-NonImmigrant Visa

If you are a victim of a qualifying crime and cooperated with the law enforcement in its investigation, call us to see if you are eligible to file for a U-nonimmigrant visa.

  • VAWA

The VAWA provisions in the INA allow certain spouses, children and parents of US citizens and spouses and children of permanent residents (Green Card holders) to file a petition themselves without the abuser’s knowledge. If you have an approved I-360, you may be eligible to file for Adjustment of Status to become a permanent resident.

  • DACA

DACA is available to individuals who came to the US as children and meet other key guidelines. If deferred action is granted, the person is allowed by DHS to be present in the US and become eligible to receive employment authorization for the period of the deferred action.

  • Nonimmigrant visa extensions

Call us for your nonimmigrant visa extensions.
